Raspberry Willamette | PONTHIER | Frozen | 500ml

Maison PONTHIER carefully selected the Willamette variety from Serbia. It works with partner farmers who grow their fruit between 600 and 1,000 metres altitude. This means a lower yield per hectare but the fruit has a more pronounced flavour. It is tangier and more fragrant with a higher BRIX level. On the hillsides there is no stagnant water which is perfect for raspberry canes. They do not tolerate damp and need well-drained soil. To avoid any bitter notes, the achenes are removed during production to ensure that the purée and the coulis only contain the raspberry flesh.
